I hear this so much and I sadly can’t get it through my head. Its a constant repeating thing in my life.

The easiest way to get out of that slump is to focus on doing right by yourself. Do what you like to do, take care of yourself. You don’t owe anyone shit but yourself, and you’re not going to be happy until you take care of self first.
